I provide in-person or online counselling to teen, adult and elder individuals. My office is in Highlands (NE) Edmonton.
A creative, compassionate and experienced facilitator of workshops and groups, I design and lead connective, healing programs related to death, loss, authenticity, wellbeing and/or meaning-making.
I enjoy opportunities to inspire and inform others about: psychotherapy & spirituality; grief, loss and bereavement; navigating life transitions; meaning-making, authenticity and dying well.
